2018 Cellar Rat El Raton

El Raton is a blend of 94% Sangiovese from the Phillips Family Vineyard and 6% Petit Verdot from the La Pradera Vineyard. The cherry and tomato notes from the Sangiovese and the plum notes with the Petit Verdot pair nicely with well-spiced foods.
